Crutoane Prajite In Unt Pentru Supe, Salate si Alte Mancaruri

Bune cu tocanita de cartofi proaspata luata de pe foc, impreuna cu salatele de orice fel, la supe si ciorbe – si lista goes on.

ingrediente:

  • paine alba (sau resturi de paine)
  • unt
  • sare
  • piper

cumseface

  • Painea se taie in cubulete (apox. 1/2 paine).
  • Se topesc doua linguri de unt.
  • Se adauga cubulete de paine in untul fierbinte.
  • Se adauga putina sare.
  • Dupa preferinta se adauga piper.
  • Se amesteca painea in unt pentru a se incorpora cat mai bine.
  • Painea se prajeste aproximativ 3 minute.
  • Crutoanele se servesc de preferinta calde.
