DOUG
  • 1 kg superior white flour
  • 100 g oyoghurt
  • 10 g table salt
  • 4 ml vinegar (one cap)
  • 20 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 350 ml cold water
THE FILLING
  • 1 medium pumpkin
  • 100 g of white sugar
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 50 g butter
EXTRA

100 g white flour for the work surface; 1 whole egg for greasing the surface of the pie; 1 pack of vanilla sugar for the crust of the pie

Pumpkin – Preparing & Stir-Fry

Clean the pumpkin from its peel and grate it. Then stir-fry it in butter until the pumpkin becomes soft. Leave it to cool down until its warm and then add sugar and cinnamon to the mixture. Put away till the pie sheets are ready to be filled.
